If you don't know what "domain name registration and web hosting" is, then you probably need it! If you're not sure you need it ... you NEED IT.

The easiest way to think of this is to think about building a house (your website). You can't build a house without a property (hosting) and a physical address (domain name). Unless, of course, you're into mobile homes ...

So what you need is a domain name - eg. www.yourbusinessnamehere.com - and some web space on the internet to hold your website. Both of these incur annual costs (much like renting a property or paying rates on a house), but these costs are quite small (although they do vary depending on your exact needs).
